Hi CubsThat would be truly awesome if Mama could get an office opened down there for Polar Bears Intl. I am proud that you know your polar bear statistics. Greenland is just off the coast of Canada and should have been called Whiteland. It is white more than green most of the year. But is has a lot of wildlife and polar bears. The northern tip of it is fairly close to the north pole. Greenland used to be covered with a permanent ice sheet...not so much now. You would think the bears would be safe there. Both agencies and others are trying to save the bears but they can't do a lot until the whole world agrees to cut down carbon emissions. Some of the other species might survive like arctic wolves and foxes because they hunt on land. But our bears hunt in the water and they can't adapt although they try. We are loving the cool weather. We can't take the heat like you southerners. I always tell your Mama her blood must be thinner than mine. We love visiting the south though. I will have to tell you the story of how I nearly lost my friend's kid to an alligator in the Everglades. I love you guys a bunch and thanks for the bushel of hugs and kisses. That should be enough to keep me warm all winter. Aunt Jeannie
Come on in , set awhile and have a cup of tea and cookies , as always you are welcome .
