Aunt Jeannie , the videos are great when we got home daddy said gang you have something on mama computer , Jenny said where daddy and poppa said to go to that red thing , Jenny said aunt Jeannie sent us some videos . we had dinner at Emil but we ate like we do in the cafeteria like at school , it was fun and the people gave us water . aunt Jeannie I can spell good now , I ask daddy how to spell big words and he say sound them out , daddy bought Chris and Me a dictionary and said look up the words by sounding them out and when I ask him is they right he said yes . the baby cub is cute and love his bath not like the dogs . the dogs are so funny and they know when you want to give them a bath . we went to the hotel with our team Friday and stay until today , we had study some but we played in the game room and went to Sci Port across the river , we show our team where we do our science stuff . the mama and daddy could not come until Saturday , all the boys stayed in one suite and the girls slept in one with mama and aunt Mae in poppa suite daddy and poppa stayed with us across the hall . we had a lot of fun . Sha and Jenny and Sheryl and Jenny is getting snacks and we will watch the dancing clown . Steven King makes good movies . aunt Jennie how is your twins tell them I say hello . Hello Pretty Girl You are so right about dogs. Most of them do not like baths. When we tell Maxy it's bath time, he disappears in front of our eyes. He thinks he becomes invisible but we know he is under the sofa. He always looks surprised when we find him because he doesn't think we are very smart. That cub was so sweet. I would love to hand raise a polar bear but I might get scared of it when it got to be seven feet tall. You better have to have their meals ready on time or you become dinner and dessert. Jenny is funny. She is very smart and I really believe she will become a lawyer and sit on her musty butt. Did the debate team really practice three hours in the morning and two hours after dinner? Or did they practice one hour and play for two hours?? I bet you will have so much fun working at Poppa's Country Kitchen. But Mama is right, you should just have fun in the summer while you are still a kid. You can make a nice holiday out of the trip to Baton Rouge. I am glad your jugs are not sore any more. That can be really annoying. I remember back a long time ago when I was going through the same thing and my mother told me to be a little patient. It takes nature a while to turn you into a young woman but then you will be very happy and beautiful. Aunt Jeannie , the videos are just awesome , Jonny and I passed to the 7th grade and Sheryl and Sha will be with us next year and Jenny will take care of Bubba and Man and CC and Brown Baby , we call him Robert jr now because he is in school . Bubba and CC is 2 grade . Aunt Jeannie we watch Jack Hanna every Saturday and you can learn so much about animals . The dogs had me rolling , we have 4 big dogs , 3 Labs and a Red Bone Hound and daddy was going to give them a bath and the hound ran into daddy and knock him in the water , daddy said Gil come help me and Uncle Gil said he would be right back he had to pee , uncle Gil was laughing do hard at daddy , glad he was out side . Aunt Jeannie we had a good time this weekend going over things , we are going to Baton Rouge this month , and then to DC to show our stuff . Uncle Gil got Jonny and me a dictionary and said to take it to school with us our nasa teacher told us we was writing and spelling much better . Dear Chris, You guys are in seventh grade already, congratulations. It seems like just yesterday you started middle school. Trying to give the dogs a bath we looked at it 3 times , it was so funny , the grown ups watch them with us . we had a lot of fun at the hotel and game room watching the team debate and we formed a team so they could bounce stuff off us . it was 7 of us Sha and Jenny and Man and Bubba and CC and Brown Baby and me . it was just 3 of us that knew what they was talking about , aunt Jeannie I think it was just 1 of us knew what they was talking about and that was Jenny , she held our end up . Aunt Jeannie we are going to Baton Rouge this month and then to DC , daddy said then we will go on vacation , Man told him he wanted to see Horse , daddy said one thing at a time . we do not know how long we will be in Baton Rouge , lots of teams from all over Louisiana is coming and as they get beat they will leave until there are 10 teams left . Jonny team said they will be in the top ten . daddy told poppa there is only three 6 grade teams going to Baton Rouge but he is so proud of Jonny and Chris and their teams . Dear Crusader, I am glad you had such a fun weekend. And I know you helped the debate team practice. That is just what they needed. It sounds like Poppa's Country Kitchen is going to be a great place to eat and a fun place for you to help out. All the food will be homemade and delicious. I hope they do keep a big pot of soup on the back of the stove. People love soup with their lunch. I would love to watch Poppa deliver food to the rooms and get a tip. At least he shared his tip...Hahahaha! Poppa makes me laugh too. I thought the bear cub was sweet. I would love to work at the zoo and take care of that cub. Dogs do enjoy being smelly. They hate smelling like shampoo. If you don't watch them closely they will go out right after their bath and roll in something that smells horrible. Maxy rolls on rabbit poo if he finds it. He also eats rabbit poo so his breath is nasty too. I got some minty dog biscuits for him. Dogs love being petted and they don't care who does it.(even a cat). I don't think Daddy could get Mama to stay in the garage but I would love to watch him try. Sha is right about that. I am glad Mama had a little talk with Sha. A lot of changes start happening in a girl's body at Sha's age because she is growing into a woman and you need to talk to your mama about them. Mama still remembers what it is like and can explain things. There are some movies that are too scary for kids but your parents carefully select the ones that are fun and appropriate for you to watch. I try to be careful too about what I put on the Cubs Video Club just like I did for my own grandchildren. Jakey still watches the Cubs VC and enjoys it. But you know what? It was none of that lady's business and Mama set her straight. I think you will have fun in Baton Rouge. It will be like part of your vacation. Jonny and Chris will be in the top ten. Aunt Jeannie , the videos are just awesome , Jonny and I passed to the 7th grade and Sheryl and Sha will be with us next year and Jenny will take care of Bubba and Man and CC and Brown Baby , we call him Robert jr now because he is in school . Bubba and CC is 2 grade . Aunt Jeannie we watch Jack Hanna every Saturday and you can learn so much about animals . The dogs had me rolling , we have 4 big dogs , 3 Labs and a Red Bone Hound and daddy was going to give them a bath and the hound ran into daddy and knock him in the water , daddy said Gil come help me and Uncle Gil said he would be right back he had to pee , uncle Gil was laughing do hard at daddy , glad he was out side . Aunt Jeannie we had a good time this weekend going over things , we are going to Baton Rouge this month , and then to DC to show our stuff . Uncle Gil got Jonny and me a dictionary and said to take it to school with us our nasa teacher told us we was writing and spelling much better . Aunt Jeannie we are going to watch Pennywise the clown when everyone finish , we can have movie night all the time now . Aunt Nee made all of us vests like the wait people so when we work at Poppa Country Kitchen , people will know who we are . It is going to be fun but uncle Gil said we can start when school start , he said the summer is to have fun and we will be earning our spending money doing our chores at home . We had breakfast at Poppa and it was good , There was so much to choose from , everyone got something different and we shared it with each other .
ReplyDeleteNita will be moving out of Emil this month . They will take a week to get things set up in the new place . It is going to be nice . we wrapped silverware in paper napkins and put them on the tables , that was fun . aunt Jeannie when do your twins get out of school . I think we are going to watch the videos again and then the movies , we are having an all night with snacks .

DeleteYou guys are in seventh grade already, congratulations. It seems like just yesterday you started middle school. Sha and Sheryl may feel a bit strange on the first day there but I guess most of their classmates are going there also. They will adjust quickly.
Jenny will watch out for the little guys. I think Man was a little surprised that he had to go back to school for another year. Boy, wait until he hears how many years he has to keep going to school.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the videos. I love animal videos. I guess you must be a dog lover like me. It's true they don't like baths. It must have been hilarious when your dad got knocked into the water. Now that would make a great video.
Hang on to that dictionary...there are always words we are not sure of. I still have to use mine.
You will beat all the competition to the ground at Baton Rouge...that's my prediction. Get ready Washington...the Shreveport kids are coming to town.
I think it will be a blast to work at Poppa's Country Kitchen. I bet you will get tips too. Summer is the time to kick back and just enjoy yourself while you can. You will grow up soon enough. So the food is good at Poppa's? I just might order something.
Our twins don't get out of school until the end of June. And this summer they are expected to do some charity work or community service. They're not old enough to get summer jobs yet so they will have most of the time to have fun.
I will look forward to trading some space articles with you. I just love that stuff. Enjoy the movie my friend...I think that clown eats kids.

Aunt Jeannie , the videos was so funny and the silly man put his head in the bear mouth. I love the cute little cub , and I would give him a bath while he is little . Trying to give the dogs a bath we looked at it 3 times , it was so funny , the grown ups watch them with us . we had a lot of fun at the hotel and game room watching the team debate and we formed a team so they could bounce stuff off us . it was 7 of us Sha and Jenny and Man and Bubba and CC and Brown Baby and me . it was just 3 of us that knew what they was talking about , aunt Jeannie I think it was just 1 of us knew what they was talking about and that was Jenny , she held our end up . The other kids said Jonny your little sister is very smart and Jonny said his daddy said she was a little woman so that makes her a midget . Jenny is smart and she never study her books . Sha said she study them last year when we was in the fourth grade . Uncle Gil gave her a real thick book and he asked her did she understand what it was about and she said yes . he said what page are you on and Jenny said she finish reading it . Uncle Gil said what do you mean , Jenny said she read the first page and the last page . and she filled in the other pages , she said daddy a book that thick can not make much sense .Uncle Gil just shook his head . The cats giving the dogs a rub down is cute , dogs and cats do not get along to well . the one with the people trying to give the dogs a bath had me rolling on the floor and poppa laughed so hard water was coming out his eyes .The parrots are always cute they are so smart . Aunt Jeannie hope you are feeling better and got nice weather .we watch Jack Hanna , he know a lot about animals , poppa just came in and said to tell you hello . When everyone finish talking to you we will watch the clown movie , we like Stephen King . DeleteI think that guy was crazy to put his head in a grizzly bear's mouth. Would you do it ?...I think not. What if the bear accidentally sneezed and clamped his teeth together...bye-bye head. I would love to bath that cub too. If only they would stay small and cute.
I loved the video about the dogs' baths. I laughed until my tummy ached. Dogs can be so funny. But it's true lots of them hate baths. Maxy hates any kind of water unless he is thirsty.
It was a good idea to let the debate team practice with you. Maybe the little guys didn't know what they were talking about but I think you are a lot smarter than you say. I know Jenny is bright and she is funny too. Tell Jonny that was a good joke about the midget...Hahaha! Jenny loves to tease Uncle Gil. I think they will always be like that. He teases her back.
I liked the cats massaging the dogs. They like each other if they were raised together from babies but if they don't know each other they hiss and growl. Maxy got his nose scratched by the cat next door and came running home. What a chicken!
I love Poppa's sense of humor. He knows how to enjoy himself. Please tell him hello back. I do feel better. Thank you Sweetie...and the summer is just perfect with lots of flowers and green things growing.
Watch out for that clown..he eats sweet young girls. Strawberries and ice-cream sounds like heaven to me.

Aunt Jeannie , we are having fun , we stayed the weekend and Monday at the hotel and had a lot of fun , we ate at Emil , for breakfast we went in the lunch line like at school , the food was so good , Emil said we can order or eat what we want . for lunch we order but we got salad from the bar and a bowl of potato soup with chip up ham , Mama told Nita to always keep a pot of soup , some people just want soup and a salad and a sandwich . a lady was busy taking orders on the phone and some was making carry out . Poppa was watching to see how they was doing . He told mama if it go like he thinks , there will be 2 ladys making carry out and one on the phone taking the orders . someone order room service and poppa put it on the cart and carry it to the room , Man and Bubba went with him , the people gave poppa a 3 dollar tip . he gave man and Bubba a dollar and he kept one . Aunt Jeannie poppa is so funny .

I watch Jack Hanna all the time , daddy got me some of his videos to show at mama meeting , I will get these for my video box so I can show them on the TV at the meeting . We are going to have a lot of fun watching Pennywise the clown , we have a lot of Stephen Kings movies , Mama will let us watch scary movies but she say they have to be in good taste . Aunt Jeannie , do your boys like scary movies . A lady told Mama she do not let her kids watch scary movies , mama told her that is her choice because she do not let us watch skin flicks . The lady said well I never and mama looked at her and said lady it shows . We ask mama what the lady never did , mama laughed and said she guess it was letting her kids watch scary movies .
Aunt Jeannie we are going to Baton Rouge this month and then to DC , daddy said then we will go on vacation , Man told him he wanted to see Horse , daddy said one thing at a time . we do not know how long we will be in Baton Rouge , lots of teams from all over Louisiana is coming and as they get beat they will leave until there are 10 teams left . Jonny team said they will be in the top ten . daddy told poppa there is only three 6 grade teams going to Baton Rouge but he is so proud of Jonny and Chris and their teams .
Aunt Jeannie I thank you so very much for the videos and movie and wishing you a happy summer from all of us . I am sending you some of poppa punch , judt take a tiny sip , poppa says it will cure what ails you . Love you very much .

DeleteI am glad you had such a fun weekend. And I know you helped the debate team practice. That is just what they needed. It sounds like Poppa's Country Kitchen is going to be a great place to eat and a fun place for you to help out. All the food will be homemade and delicious. I hope they do keep a big pot of soup on the back of the stove. People love soup with their lunch. I would love to watch Poppa deliver food to the rooms and get a tip. At least he shared his tip...Hahahaha! Poppa makes me laugh too.
I thought the bear cub was sweet. I would love to work at the zoo and take care of that cub.
Dogs do enjoy being smelly. They hate smelling like shampoo. If you don't watch them closely they will go out right after their bath and roll in something that smells horrible. Maxy rolls on rabbit poo if he finds it. He also eats rabbit poo so his breath is nasty too. I got some minty dog biscuits for him. Dogs love being petted and they don't care who does it.(even a cat).
I don't think Daddy could get Mama to stay in the garage but I would love to watch him try. Sha is right about that.
I am glad Mama had a little talk with Sha. A lot of changes start happening in a girl's body at Sha's age because she is growing into a woman and you need to talk to your mama about them. Mama still remembers what it is like and can explain things.
There are some movies that are too scary for kids but your parents carefully select the ones that are fun and appropriate for you to watch. I try to be careful too about what I put on the Cubs Video Club just like I did for my own grandchildren. Jakey still watches the Cubs VC and enjoys it. But you know what? It was none of that lady's business and Mama set her straight.
I think you will have fun in Baton Rouge. It will be like part of your vacation. Jonny and Chris will be in the top ten. I don't doubt that for a second.
Thank you for the happy wishes. I think this summer will be a very nice one. I have always wondered what Poppa puts in his punch. I think it's a secret. But I would like a tiny taste of it.
