2 ..........Tbsp. brown sugar
1 ..........Tbsp. paprika
2 ..........tsp. onion powder
1-1/2 ....tsp. salt
1 ..........tsp. chili powder
6 ..........boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)
Combine the first five ingredients; rub over chicken. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°F.
