- 1 cup(s) Butter
- 1 cup(s) Granulated sugar
- 1 cup(s) Brown sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 1/2 cup(s) Flour
- 2 cup(s) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon(s) Peppermint extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 cup(s) Crushed peppermint candies
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Combine butter, sugars, eggs, extract and salt, and beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie dough scoop. Dip tops into peppermint candy. Place candy-side-up on a baking sheet one dozen at a time. Bake in center of oven 10 to 13 minutes, until puffy and lightly tanned. Makes 2 dozen.
