                                 MARGARITA

                         I jigger  Tequila

                         1/2 ounce  Trible Sec

                         1  ounce lime or lemon juice

                         Moisten cocktail glass  rim with  fruit and spin

                         Rim in salt 

                         Shake mix  with cracked ice ; train into glass

                          Sip  over salted rim

                         SCREW DRIVER

                        1 jigger (1-1/2 ox) Vodka

                         Orange Juice

                         Put ice cubes  into a 5-oz glass . Add Vodka

                         Fill with orange and stir

                         GRASSHOPPER

                         3/4  oz  fresh cream

                         1 oz  White Creme  Decacao

                         1  oz  Green Creme Dementhe

                         Shake with cracked ice  or mix in electric mixer

                         then strain

                          DAIQUIRI

                         Juice 1/2  lime  or 1/4 lemon

                          1 teaspoon sugar

                          1  jigger (1-1/2 oz) light rum

                         Shake with cracked  ice until  the shaker frosts

                         Strain into  a chilled  cocktail glass
