Eggnog Pie
Makes 8 servings
4 ..................ounces cream cheese , softened
1 ..................tablespoons butter , softened
1/2 ...............cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 ...............cup eggnog
2 ..................tablespoons sour cream
1 ..................teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1-1/2 ...........cups whipped tpping
1 .................graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1/8 ..............teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 ) In a smallbowl , beat the cream cheese , butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth . Beat in the eggnog , sour cream and pie spice . Fold in whip topping ; spread into crust . Sprinkle with nutmeg .
2 ) Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm . Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before slicing .
With pumpkin spice and eggnog , this creamy , dreamy pie was created when trying to use up a few things that was on hand . Everyone loved it .

I have seen this recipe before and thought it looked delicious.I wonder if the twins would like it. They love eggnog...see ya..PIC
