  1. Aunt Jeannie , animals care more for each other than humans do . what a good daddy the dog is .
I passed to the 9th grade , poppa said we will be the new kids again , I told poppa they will have some new girls , poppa said spoke like a true Carano , uncle Harvey said he better not let mama hear him say that . I graduated on the honor roll . We will have more time to look for stuff , we found a article for mama , some strange alians looking things , she will post them soon .
Thank you for the cute deer video .I hope you are getting better . Love you very much

    1. Hi Jonny
Congratulations on passing on the Honor Roll. Your Mama and Daddy must be busting with pride at your achievement. I am very proud of you too. You worked hard and deserve high praise.
You will ace high school. You are more than ready for it and the young ladies you will meet will be gorgeous. They will be almost grown up. Thank you for finding me articles. I truly enjoy them. People are losing touch with nature/wildlife and our responsibility to care for and protect it. Maybe I should put the video on our other blogs.
      Have a great summer
      much love, Aunt Jeannie

  2. Aunt Jeannie , it was so nice the people took care of the baby deer , cared for it and found it mama. There are good people in the world .The little deer would die or get eaten . I passed to 9 grade , I told Jonny it would be nice if we could take our little brothers to school . they get into everything . I made the honor roll 2 times , Jonny was on all year . I think I will do like him , he said his daddy told him to study some and rest his mind , give it time to sink in . Love you aunt Jeannie and thanks for the video .

    1. Hi Chris
Congratulations on graduating to high school and on making the honor roll. Both things are big achievements and big steps forward in life. I am proud to know such intelligent young man and I bet your parents are very proud indeed. It is good of you to look out for your little brothers and take them to school. I bet those two can get into some real mischief if someone doesn't keep an eye on them. It sounds like you and Jonny are developing good study habits. They will serve you well right through university and beyond.
I liked the video. I like to be reminded now and then that there are very kind people left in the world who would take time out to care for a helpless animal. It restores my faith in humans.
I hope your summer is lots of fun
      Love you

I passed to the 8th grade , I am very excited , new things to learn . I got a very good report card , mostly B+ and A , daddy said we are doing good as long as we do not bring home D and F if we do we will be ground until we marry . Daddy is so funny . Jenny always got all A but she got a B+ and it was so funny , I will let her tell you why . Hope you are feeling better and your weather is nice . Thank you and I love you very much aunt Jeannie

    1. Hello Sha
Great job on your passing to grade eight and with such a good report card. Congratulations. Grade eight is pretty exciting year to be in. They prepare you for high school and so the lessons are much more interesting. And the field trips are much more interesting. Your daddy teases you because he knows there is no way you would ever bring home a D. It would be fun to make a fake report card with a D on it to see what he said. I bet Jenny was shocked to see that B+ but you have to admit the reason was funny. I had to laugh.
I liked that video because it makes me remember that conservancy and guardianship of little animals like 'baby deer' is up to us and I love to see kind people who take it seriously. And loved that dog. He made a perfect daddy.
Our weather is wet and warm right now but that's good. Have a wonderful summer pretty young lady.
      Love and a hug

    1. Hello Sheryl
Awesome job of passing into grade eight. Many congratulations. Grade eight is lots of fun and it will be great to have Sha with you. Even better is the fact that you will have someone with you on that first nervous day at high school.
You are a very wise young lady. You already know that love makes most things better. I loved the video too. It shows that there are still very kind people in the world. I wonder if the dog and 'baby deer' ever meet again.
I hope this is a fantastic summer vacation for you Sweetie.
Lots of love and a big hug

    1. Hi BubbaI am so happy you liked the video. I think you like animal videos as much as I do. I will look for a few more for you. I was happy 'baby deer' found her mama too. The big dog adopted her and was very kind. He thought he was her daddy.
You must be such a big boy now, and I think you would have been very kind to the little deer if you had found her.
I bet you are glad it's vacation time.
I hope you have lots of fun this summer and get to do some awesome new things.
      Love and big hugs buddy

  6. Aunt Jeannie , I wish there was more people like the ones that cares for the baby deer . The dog made a good daddy and loved the deer as his own , the made gave him a bottle and care for him like a mama , when he was well they found his mama and everyone is happy .
    Aunt Jeannie I passed to the 7th grade , I got a B+ on my last report card , I never got a B in my life , all A .
I told daddy I was going to beat the poop out of Man , Aunt Jeannie , Man did not do his home work so he got a sheet of mine and turned it in , I had 5 sheets to turn in , I work really hard . Daddy asked him why he took my test papers , Mam said I had a lot of them and he needed one , Daddy told Man if someone has something you want or need , ask them for it , if they say no , they may need it for themselves . Aunt Jeannie I sit on that boy and spank his musty butt , he was hard to hold man is a strong little boy , he was calling mama ,she ask daddy why he was letting me spank Man , daddy said well he is her baby . Man told me he was sorry , he is a good boy but he acts like poppa always into something . It is funny now when you think about it , I told Man his teacher wondered what was wrong with his parents to let him turn that in . His teacher gave it to Aunt Emily . This is aunt Emily last year and Mr Morris is retiring , he is the principle , aunt Emily is the assistant principle , Uncle Gerald will be the new principle ,we do not know who is taking aunt Emily place . Thank you for the happy video and feel better and enjoy your garden . Love you very much .

    1. Hello Jenny
First of all, congratulations on passing to grade seven. Every time you pass up to the next grade it is a big step in your life and a proud achievement. I was surprised you got a B+ because I know you are a straight A student. But when I heard why, I laughed so hard, I couldn't stop. I am sorry, but your brother is too funny. What gets into his head? I guess you did need to teach him a lesson so he would know you were upset with him. But I laughed some more when you said you had to sit on him to hold him down. It's too bad your perfect record of A's was broken but you can afford it. It's not so important to be perfect. It's too hard to keep up. I can't imagine having two Poppas in the family but Man sure sounds a lot like him sometimes.
Too bad you are losing Aunt Emily from school but she was there for you all while you were little. Do you think Uncle Gerald will be a good principal?
I loved the story of 'baby deer'. It is good to be reminded sometimes that there are kind and caring people in this world, not to mention kind and caring dogs. Nice to see a real life story that had a happy ending. That fawn would not have survived on its own.
I hope you have some wonderful adventures this summer like a crusading knight should.
I will always love my Crusader,
      Aunt Jeannie

    1. Hi Man,
I think deer are very beautiful. You are lucky you can see some but your dogs sound pretty lazy. I heard that Jenny spanked your butt but you know you shouldn't touch her stuff. Look at it this way, if she messes with your stuff you can spank her butt. You were a very good boy to say you were sorry. That was the right thing to do. I'm proud of you.
I hope you liked the video of 'baby deer'. We should always be kind to animals, don't you agree? I bet you would have fixed 'baby deer's' leg.
Lots of love and a big kiss

  8. Jeannie,
A wonderful human interest story , the kids got it right , more people should show more kindness towaed one another , what a better place this would be . You would have to see Jen spanking Man , she had to sit on him .
Thank you for caring for my kids .
    A very humble father

    1. Hi Gil,
It's hard to remember some days that there are people like that kind gentleman in the world. I guess we should keep that in mind and practice it a little more ourselves.
All due respect to Jenny's lost A, I thought the whole incident was hilarious. Man is such a character. He reminds me a lot of another character, who shall be nameless. Jenny needed a bit of justice for losing that A. By next year she won't be able to hold him down at all.
I think you are in for a lot more fun from your bunch.
      Friendly neighborhood Genie
