Amaretto is a sweet almond-flavored liqueur of Italian origin. It is made from a base of apricot or almond pits, or sometimes both, with added spices and flavors. Some say it has a sweet cherry like flavor. 3/4 ounce Amaretto Di Saronno liqueur 5 ounce hot black coffee 1 ounce whipped cream 1 teaspoon sugar Pour coffee and liquor into an Irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream, and place three coffee beans on top.
