Cake:
2 .............cups sugar
2 .............cups flour
1............. cup Pepsi
2 .............sticks butter
3............. tablespoons cocoa
2 .............eggs, beaten
1/2 ..........cup buttermilk
1 .............teaspoon baking soda
1............. teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 .......cup miniature marshmallows
Mix sugar and flour. In a pan, mix Pepsi, butter, cocoa and bring to a boil. Pour into sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9"x 13" pan. While cake is baking, prepare frosting.
FROSTING:
1/3 .......cup Pepsi
1.......... stick butter
3 .........tablespoons cocoa
1 .........teaspoon vanilla
1 .........pound powdered sugar
1.........cup nuts (optional)
Mix Pepsi, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
