Marinated Raw Vegetables
Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 head cauliflower, cut up
1-1/2 2 cups raw (or canned) mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes cut in halves
1 purple onion, sliced
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Steps:
Pour Italian dressing over all but the tomatoes and marinate overnight. Add tomatoes just before serving.
